Returns & Exchanges Policy

We are happy to offer a 07-days return policy (with store credit/exchange only) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached.
The only exception is for Customise / Personalized items, or SALE items - these items are FINAL SALE ONLY (No Return/ No Exchange).
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

2. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed,
may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
3. Email us at with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at minimum cost to you within 3-5 business days.
Once the item is picked up, we will credit the amount of that item as CREDIT in your account (if you have created one) or by generating a
coupon code (if you are a guest user). The coupon code and credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of its issuance and can be used to shop for any item on the

You can exchange an item purchased on with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Important Note :
•We don’t provide refund we only have exchange policy.
•Courier charges to send the product for exchange is paid by customer.
•Product for exchange should be in unused condition with all the tags intact and original packing.
If the product is found without tags and packing then we shall return back the product to you.
